The Project Management Process
01
INITIATE
After identifying program stakeholders, Project Managers reach out to establish needs, requirements and expectations for their learners.
02
PLAN
Project Managers will create a Scope of Work document, setting objectives, milestones and deadlines. The Implementation Plan will be built and shared with client stakeholders. Any necessary outside resources will be activated.
03
EXECUTE
Project Managers will conduct orientation sessions, complete learner registrations, and organize work tasks between team members.
04
MONITOR
Throughout the program, project managers will keep the flow of communication between Ardor team members and client stakeholders, providing periodic progress reports and offering guidance and support to stakeholders.
05
CONTROL
Project Managers are Responsible for maintaining program quality, keeping client stakeholders and learners engaged and satisfied.
In the event that program elements need adjustment, the project manager will implement changes and process improvements accordingly.
06
EVALUATE
Upon project completion, the Project Manager will conduct learner and admin surveys, analyze Business Impacts and build a "Lessons Learned" report.
